Ordered item Sunday night approximately 9:00pm. Received email immediately that order was received. Before 9:00am the following morning I wanted to cancel the order. Was told that item was already in shipping mode. That was that, nothing they could do about it. Waited all day to get shipping conformation via email. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. 24 hours later still nothing. So I tried calling again to cancel and was told the same thing about its status being shipped. AND they called me out on trying to do this earlier and already been told "no". I explained I hadn't received any shipping info so maybe there was a chance. First person gave me supervisor who did nothing and said an email with tracking info is only available upon request! But then said an email was sent with shipping info. (Even though I never requested one) and that she was requesting another email be sent. This one I received shortly after conversation. So my advice to you is only order from this company if you're sure you want the item. Please don't change your mind after. Now I have to deal with returns. Can't wait to see how that goes.

I ordered shoes from this company in October for a Christmas gift. Apparently they were back-ordered although I was not notified. I emailed the company three different times and they only told me that the item had not shipped. Today I called them and told them that I was moving and was concerned about the ship date. They told me the only thing they could do was cancel the order and reorder it if I needed to change my shipping address. While trying to figure out my options, the SUPERVISOR took it upon herself to CANCEL my order without my authorization. When I told her that I did NOT authorize the cancellation of the order, she told me that I did...and was very rude. When I asked about reordering the shoes, she said I lost my spot in the back-order line and that I would not receive the shoes until January. I called back to speak with another manager who basically told me the same thing and offered me 10% off for the hassle.

The website does not warn you that if you pay through Amazon, Ebay or Paypal you must pay at your cost for shipping, instead of the $6.95 flat rate if paid through a credit card- Returning 2 pair of shoes cost me $15.00!

Absolutely terrible customer service! Please don't buy anything from ShoeMall.com. You will be sorry. I paid $25.00 for overnight service (express). I received my shoes 3 days after ordering. When I wrote to ask about a refund for my $25.00 they said their express service is 1 to 3 days. My order was shipped regular ground - not express like they lead you to believe. What a ripoff! And then, I opened the box ....I had ordered size 14 - in the box are size 15. Geeez! I will not return them. ....I don't want to ever deal with this company again. I will just donate them to Goodwill. And if you don't know ...you pay for any return postage. I am so livid. P.S. ShoeMall is owed by Mason Shoes which also does business under the following names: Stoneberry, Masseys, Mason Easy Pay, K Jordan, Maryland Square, Auditions, B.A. Mason, Figi's Gifts in Good Taste, Figi's Gallery, Mason's Outlet Store, Figi's Outlet Store I would suggest you don't do business with any of them. I certainly won't be - I learned my lesson!

I ordered a pair of shoes on their webshop and payed with paypal. I wrote several mails, never got any answer. If I had known better and would have seen all the complaines about this company before I ordered, I would never have made this mistake. I wonder if this company actually really exist and if I ever will receive these shoes, which I payed for??? I keep you all posted.

Needed to return shoes because I didn't like them once I received them. Problem is that the debit card and account I used for the purchase had been closed. The order return form is designed poorly. #1 - There is no option to exchange for an e-gift card an the option is not even available according to customer service. #2 - There is no where to write your card payment info if the item you're exchanging cost less and you need to add card info to pay the difference. #3 - Don't rely on their customer service for help. Nobody knows anything... For these reasons I will not be purchasing anything else from Shoemall.com. I will stick with Amazon, 6pm.com, and other merchants which offer a better system. One more thing, it would be nice to have had specifications on the item I purchased, like length of heel and etc.

Don't ever attempt to order a pair of shoes from Shoemall.com unless you're prepared to pay full shipping to return them if you don't like them (if you order through PayPal - and who doesn't like the convenience of PayPal?) They claim EASY returns . . . . don't be fooled.
