They charged me for my shoes and never sent any email or confirmation number so i had to call 3 times to get an email with it. Just to get ahold of them each time i called took 15 minutes on hold. You might as well just go cook dinner and run a marathon and they will be on the phone when your done. Additionally after reading these reviews i asked the employee if a certain shoe was fake and they assured me they do not sell knock off brands so i was content. Once i received my order i was so mad. Completely fake brand shoes, such a scam. Don't buy from this horrible company.

I needed to return some shoes that I had ordered and decided to use Shoemall's prepaid return label. I dropped the package at the Post Office (USPS) and waited and waited and waited. When I called Shoemall.com almost 2 weeks later, I was told that they expected to receive the package in the next day or two. In this day and age, how can it take two weeks for something to be delivered within the US? Are they using Pony Express? They have had my money for quite some time, so maybe this tactic is a way for Shoemall.com to delay processing a refund. Prices are great, delivery is almost acceptable, but their return processing time is bordering unbelievable.

I paid $15 extra for priority (3-5 day) shipping. When I found out the order would arrive over five business days later, I called to request a refund of the shipping, since standard shipping is free. The first agent didn't say anything, just transferred me to a supervisor. The supervisor told me I should have read the "terms and conditions," told me to have a nice day, and hung up on me mid-sentence. I had maintained a pleasant voice and was not rude. Yes, I deducted weekends since they are not open on weekends. Also, I did not count the business day that I placed my order. There are plenty of other choices for ordering shoes online. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

bought a pair of grasshoppers from them. same shoes i have been buying for yrs. cheap material. sole separating from the shoe. not necessarily a shoemall prob but will only buy this brand fr brick and mortar store

The worst service ever! The customer service reps have no clue what they are doing I even talked to a supervisor and she had no clue either! I ordered sneakers it took them 20 to place the order they charged my card I thought that was it. I caled back the next day to get my order # that I never received and they said the order new went through but my credit card was charged?! Finally after 4 calls a girl helped me figure out what they had done and mixed all my info up! NEVER AGAIN TOTALLY STRESSFUL! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Placed an order on Thursday night and today, Tuesday, I called the company to know the status of my order. They told me that the product is on back order until March and a letter was sent to me. Really? a letter??? way not an email? It is Ok if you do not have the product but say that like so many stores do, and sent a fast message by email. BAd, bad, bad

Beware. If the shoe doesn't fit .....you have to pay to return. There are too many stores/sites that offer free returns. Don't shop here. Amazon...free returns. Nordstrom you can order on line and return at the store...same for Macy's Chicos etc. Not cool!

I will never order from this company again. I have been waiting on a refundto get credited to my account for 6 weeks!!! They have had the shoes and are telling me it take 5-7 weeks for a return... SERIOUSLY!?!?!?
