bought trainers and havnt recieved any confirmation or delivery details nothing kinda scared now that my trainers wont be delivered does anyone know the number to call them as this is the worst site ever. guys did u recieve ur item if yes how long did it take? and also if u have a number for them i cnt find pls help anyone

I wish I would have read the other negative reviews prior to ordering from here, but I was blinded by the unbelievably low price of the Northface boots I wanted. The price was SO MUCH lower than on other sites and that should have been the eye opener! I thought it was odd that the boots I ordered were a bit snug , especially since I had tried them in a store prior to buying them on shoemall, and they fit comfortably in the store. I actually ordered a half size larger so that they would be comfortable with thick socks and still they were snug . Now I've seen that other customers have had the same issue. I really wonder whether they were authentic. I then used the return label in the package to exchange the boots for a larger size. I was unaware that I would be charged a $ 6.95 restocking fee since most other companies don't charge for returns. I had to email the company 4 times over the course of a month to find out about my exchange status and the response emails stated that my return item hadn't been processed yet and then finally I received a vague email stating that I was being refunded the amount (minus the restocking fee). I had to call to get a clear answer as to why I wasn't receiving the larger size and why I wasn't told that the item was no longer available. The customer service representative sounded as if she couldn't be bothered and came off as being rude. I would definitely not recommend using shoemall.

I ordered a pair of shoes in a size 9 from a brand which I always buy online and know the sizing.I received my shoes and they did not fit. I contacted Shoe mall was told in a written email that " we do not guarantee sizing". Beware do not but from this company as they are selling second rate product and will not stand behind their product. No customer service , no offer to exchange the product, just too bad for you...pay the return fee if your not happy. I wont be buying from them ever again and will make sure no one that I know does either. Will buy from a reputable vendor elsewhere online in the future

I went to Journeys and saw a pair of timberland shoes I liked and looked online to see if any retailers had a sale on those shoes. Well I found shoemall.com and they had those shoes 25% off so I jumped on it quickly. I received my shoes inspected it and there were scuff marks on both the front and the left side on the left shoe. I paid too much to have scuff marks on my shoe so I sent it back for a half size bigger. Received the new pair of shoes which were far worse. Packaging of the shoes lets me know that it was not new. The shoes looks like they were falling apart. The stitching on it looks like they repaired it and the soles were not properly placed in the shoes. I wish I could place a photo just so it can be seen. I'm taking these shoes to Journeys in the morning to compare them then sending these back and buying them where I know they're real

The on-line website did not work, I had to call in and the representative screwed up the order and did not put in the correct address - I ASKED FOR AN NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION had to call back - three times and supervisor plain out lied to me. My son needs to coat for school -BUY somewhere else!

cheap, yes, good, no! OLD styles, and lousy return policy. expensive shipping and no CUSTOMER service. DO NOT shop here...you will save nothing. You will get your product late, you will be charged a lot!

I ordered a pair of shoes and received them promptly. Everything seemed fine. But the shoes were a size too large. Then I read the enclosed invoice. Unlike most of their competitors, they do NOT offer free shipping on exchanges. I can understand charging for returns but to simply exchange a pair of shoes??!! I called them and the representative I spoke to was polite but firm. There would be a $6.95 charge for returns or exchanges. Try one of their competitors instead. You'll experience much less heartburn!

I have never had such a horrible customer service experience ever and my history of buying anything I have wasted over an hour and a half of my time through multiple phone calls they will hang up on you put you on hold and they will not be nice as soon as you explain the situation I canceled my order after wasting three days in an hour and a half of my time to make sure that my order had gone through do not buy from this company!!!! I called them to change the size of the shoe that I ordered the man got my name knew exactly what shoes I had ordered and then continues to put me on hold I wrote an email with my name and my order number and they said that I had to send a Nother email with my address before they could help me at all why if they knew my name through the phone the day before they were able to help me when I send them an email with my order number just the change in size long story short I canceled my order Scam!
