All I can say is pray to God you love your purchase because getting returns and refunds processed is a nightmare. Its been over a month and about 10 phone calls - promise after promise and I still haven't received my refund. Although they have at least confirmed they received the merch. I'll never buy from them again.

Boots arrived but one boot had a zipper stuck halfway down, unable to move the zipper. Now they want me to pay to return them, that's wrong, I'm unable to even try them on.

Did not receive my sandals. Was given the runaround when I contacted customer service. Will dispute charge on my card and buy from amazon or zappos where I have gotten great service. Only reason I ordered here they were cheaper by $5.00.

I ordered my son shoes based on the current size he has, in the exact same brand. Well, they were too small. ???? It is supposed to be free returns, but it's not. They charge $6.95 for returns. Not happy!

I tried to review the terrible boots i got from ShoeMall, and they censored the review and wouldn't post it online. Makes them sound pretty guilty. original review below: Pretty sure the shoes I got were a fake. This was the third pair of these boots that I've bought over the last 3 years, and this pair was distinctly lower-quality than the other two. They scuffed almost immediately, fit small, were much more stiff and were really uncomfortable. Unfortunately after I wore them for a day, they were already so damaged as to be unreturnable. I tried to keep wearing them, but after a month it's really painful to walk in them. I bought another pair at the same time, but sent those back because they were completely the wrong size, even though the label said the right size. The size label had obviously been altered. Thankfully they took those back without a return fee when I explained the situation. Shoemall is either intentionally selling fake shoes, or needs to exercise way better control over their suppliers.

I ordered a pair of shoes online because there was a 30% discount. I called ten minutes after the order to change the color request and was told that the 30% discount would apply. I was billed for full amount. I called back after I saw the charge and asked if I could have original order, with the discount. Once again I was told that the discount would apply. I received another email WITH NO DISCOUNT. Cancelled order. That's it for ShoeMall. By the way, three different people took care of me on the phone; the last two were businesslike and fine. The first guy obviously was having a bad day and was unpleasant and snotty.

I recently ordered three pairs of boots for my family for an upcoming vacation. If you days after I placed the order I received an email saying my order was canceled. I've been called customer service where I was told my billing address was wrong, however it was correct. It seems their billing department canceled my order although my address was correct. And then was told very nicely but I was out of luck and would not receive my order before going on vacation. This was no fault of mine but an error of their billing departments, I receive no courtesy discount for future order or expedited shipping to recieve my order on time, only a nice your out of luck from customer service. I would say if want to recieve your order hassle you might place your order through a company that is more dependable. Clearly I should've read the reviews before placing my order it seems I'm not the only one that's had this problem.

Spoke with manager and she was no help. Their website would not allow their own promo code so I had to call in and the representative said she was adding it but didn't. Im waiting for a refund. I Will never order from them again. When I asked them what they would do about the inconvenience., all they said was I'm sorry. With all the competition out there they should have sent a coupon or given me a bigger discount.
