H O R R I B L E - First time I ever ordered from them - didn't receive the shoes. I called and they said they would be sending me a "legal document" to fill out before they would credit me or reship. I didn't see anything wrong with that except that 20 days later I still hadn't rec'd the shoes or the "legal document". I finally had to call my charge company and tell that to block the payment to them. Horrible customer service. To many shoe retailers out there to have to put up with such bad service.

4 weeks and no refund. My experience is the same as others here on this website. Same poor customer service response when inquiring. Won't use them again. Will continue to monitor for my refund. Also, unable to reach by phone. Did not check that I want them to know about this review until I get my refund.

This is a terrible company. I ordered a pair of shoes that did not work out. I mailed them back the same day and I spent over a month chasing up my refund. I sent five emails and every single one was ignored. How can this be good for business? From now on, I will check every business out on Trustpilot. I will never buy from ShoeMall again and will tell everyone about my experience.

I have been waiting over a month for a refund. I called twice before tonight. The first time the representative, Michael said he couldn't even find my order with my name, address, email and phone number. When I asked to be transferred he told me he was the only one there. I called the next day, spoke with management, and she said they never have only one person on shift, and she was issuing me my refund immediately. That was two weeks ago. I called tonight, spoke with Meagan who had me on hold 3 separate times and finally told me they already refunded me. I asked her how they refunded me and she said I had to speak with a manager tomorrow. Yikes!

I placed an order with this company and waited for tracking. They notified me that what I ordered was on back order. I asked that they cancel my order and they responded stating the order was canceled. I have been waiting over 4 months for a refund and they are no longer responding to my emails.

I ordered shoes, that I received on a Saturday, and returned on a Monday. I waited 3 weeks before I contacted the company about my return status. This is the response Thank you for contacting our Customer Care Team. We are not showing your returned item being processed at this time. It normally takes 2 to 3 weeks for us to receive and process a returned item. As soon as your package is received and processed, we will follow the return/exchange instructions included. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. They provide a pre-rinted return label, but I didn't notice there wasn't a tracking number on the label, so I was unable to track the package. If you use their label be sure to check for a tracking number, or purchase tracking at the post office. It usually takes about 7 days for a package to be delivered by USPS, so more than enough time to process a refund. I don't know why they have a problem processing refunds. I did pay for my purchase through Paypal, which has a purchase guarantee for buyers/sellers. I was able to submit a claim for missing refund, and a charge back to ShoeMall by Paypal since the company never responded to Paypal's inquiries.

I returned two pairs of unworn shoes three weeks ago but still have not gotten a refund. I called and they said they have received them. I asked when I would get my refund and a supervisor hung up on me. Next time, I will be shopping at Zappos! I will never do business with this company again.

I placed an order with this company and they only sent me one of the three items that I purchased. They only sent me the leg warmer for a couple dollars. And I never got my shoes even after sending an email after email they just refused you reply or even have an excuse but I would sure like to have my money back period for something I did not get.
