Worst customer service. Placed an order called to check correct size. Representative said not available she canceled order. I double checked and it was placed 2nd order. Both transactions pending with bank. I was told 24 hrs then 48 hrs then the next day canceled order will drop off. 72 hrs later canceled order still processing with bank. Supervisor was obnoxious and said if I want my money back have the bank call them and she wasn't going to argue with me Her name is Jessie. Bank has nothing from them for the canceled order. I have to wait 5-7 days to see if it falls off . AVOID SHOEMALL!

I will never order from this site again! They cancelled my order they were supposed to ship 4mo ago without even notifying me! I been waiting patiently for my shoes, did not look anywhere else hoping they will come eventually...Every day they clog my email with their "big coupon:30%off". To Spam it goes from now on! They really suck!

Website sells replica shoes...not all brands are authentic. Buyer beware!

I have placed the order and the shipping date was 2 months after but haven’t received till now, it’s now more than year !!! Raised multiple complaints with customer care, no response till now. I gave my 60$ 😭

Ordered shoes from shoemall. Received shoes, quality very poor and sizing was off. One pair looked like it had been worn. Customer service is non existent at best, and useless. Ordered a pair of white espadrilles for vacation. The only reason I ordered again from them is because they had the espadrilles in a lower heel, that I needed. Ordered in June, was told they would be shipped out on August 10th! (my trip was the 19th). I said if I got them great, if not that’s ok. Well did not receive them. September, did not receive the shoes, every time I checked the ship date was moved back! Finally I get a letter in the MAIL ( remind you, I ordered on line, they have my email address)! Stating that my order was cancelled by PayPal because the cc didn’t go through. I asked why didn’t they call me! I could have resolved that immediately. Because that was an absolute lie. I have 3 cc’s and my bank card associated with Paypal. I said ok, send the shoes, I’ll pay you over the phone now! I really wanted the shoes. Now she tells me they are SOLD OUT again and did not know if they will get them In again. Save yourself a headache and order from somewhere else, you will be glad you didn’t order from this company. Also the shoes are priced higher than they should be, due to the poor quality and materials used.

Terrible Customer Service. I ordered shoes in October and received them in March of the following year. Had to return them since they came so late and didn't get a full refund. I called Customer Services and they could careless. Very rude. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this site.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. I am handicapped and always liked using shoe mall because I can't go store to store. I've used them several times in the past and been very happy. But this time 2 pair of shoes were supposed to be delivered in 3 days. 5 days go by and I check my e mailand nothing. So called. Well it was cancled because of pay pal issue. Never let me know. So I called Shoe mall and explained to a supervisor who made arrangements for the delivery in 2 days.(I needed these for a wedding that weekend.) So the delivery came and only 1 pair arrived. So I call again and they ran out of 1 of the shoes. Well she checked before sending them out and said they were both in stock. So no shoes for wedding!! No time to go any where else. Customer service is horrible. I will think twice before I ever use them again. They used to be great company so dissappointed they are going down hill.
