I am able to use the inserts in several of my shoes including my favorite dress shoes that before were not very comfortable to walk longer distances in, but now are just fine. It’s great that you can cut to fit the toe area which is quick and easy with any pair of scissors.

Didn’t think you could get custom insoles that fit your feet from scanning your foot from your phone. Once you get your onetime passcode you log in and go straight into the process of scanning your foot. It was super easy and the custom insoles came in the mail a few days later. My wife wears brooks shoes everyday since her feet constantly hurt since she is on her feet all day. We replaced her flimsy insoles she had with the custom Shoely insoles and you can already see and feel the difference. You can’t go wrong with trying these insoles The customer service and follow-up to questions is superfast and very helpful. Everyone should try Shoely if don’t have custom insoles in your shoes. Your feet will thank you.

Always happy with the product and delivery times. Very responsive about the shipping process if there are delays and to why. The one order that I had where there was a mistake, it was rectified quickly. The insoles really help and the shoes that were recommended from my scans are great for running. I started buying casual and hiking shoes from them as well because the running shoes were so good.

I have been having pain in my feet that is difficult to describe.I ordered the sneakers Shoely suggested, but was disappointed my foot pain continued. August and I emailed back and forth, he suggested we have a video chat, which was perfect. I was able to show him exactly where my pain is, and showed him my past sneakers which gave him a visual understanding of how I walk. August listened and offered me options. I felt cared for, as he knows we runner/nurses feet take a beating! I am looking forward to his next suggestion.

I had the pleasure of meeting August at an event as my introduction to Shoely. I purchased two pairs of shoes w/ soles since then and have been nothing short of impressed!! I’m a bigger guy and have struggled with shoes more often than not and always have a rough break in period. My first pair was Shoely’s recommend casual/low mile shoes which had no issues and I’ve been super happy with them. I then reached out to see what dress shoes they recommended, had a great exchange, ordered the recommended, one size too large, got a return label sent them back got one size down sent back with my custom soles in 2 days!! Super happy with those as well. I’m so lucky I got to meet them in person and pay for the upgraded package that came with the gift card. I received this service for free but I would’ve paid double!!
