Excellent customer service! Everything arrived quickly, nicely packed and in perfect condition!

Was shipped same day as ordered, haven't received yet but im sure it will be exactly as ordered.

I think your customer service is great. Every time I call Gina or e-mail her she always gets back with you. Never have to call back. Which in our business and probably other businesses that's is very important to our customers. Because they always want an answer yesterday. Again thanks to Gina for your outstanding help. Jeff

Little early to review the product but shipping was fast and a good price for what I expect to be a high quality suspension for my RZR. Customer service was very helpful and they know their product well.

Shock Therapy as a company and a group of individuals has performed exceptionally. Highly recommended.

Very quick shipping, and packing.

I think the overall quality of the product is awesome! The installation video was very helpful and informative as well. The step bit included was not very good but I didn’t buy the kit for the bit.

Shock therapy always delivers been a customer now for over two years I have spent thousands with them and will continue to do so in the future they are always my first choice when recommending suspension tuning for my customer !!
