I booked a trip on Saturday, I had to make 2 phone calls yesterday as I am waiting for the updated Confirmation & etickets. I was assured I would have these by 9:00 pm yesterday. I will contact my credit card and report stolen/scam, my attorney, as well as better business bureau. Additionally be assured every social Media site, your local news; etc. will receive complaints continuously until resolved. I cannot confirm my 3 tickets Delta.

Reservation cancelled without explanation I booked a ticket at a very good price through their website, and received a confirmation immediatelfrom Shiva . So far so good. Then,3 days later, I receive an emai with my itinerary and TRIP CANCELLED! No explanation about why. I sent an email to customer service - no reply. I tried calling during what are listed as the business hours on their website - no reply. I will not be booking through their site again, and will now have to buy a much more expensive ticket elsewhere as prices have gone up since I booked. Not satisfactory at all and totally unsatisfactory customer experience!!! i did call 3 times and got no were and email them 3 times and got mo were i will call bbb in nv

This is the worst "travel" agency by far. I booked a flight to Los Angeles from New York...an important business trip and family reunion. It was at a really good price. When I went to the airport to check in they told me I have no seat !!! I have used expedia, orbits for 15 years..never a problem. The people at Shiva told me that after I "paid for the flight the seat was not available anymore." AFTER I PAID FOR THE FLIGHT ! Orbitz and Expedia tell you after you click the confirmation button that the seat is "NOT AVAILABLE". But SHiva decides minutes before the trip. If you have any doubt please contact me. I will inform you of the details. WHen you click the button the database should tell you if the seat is available.For a month now they tell me that a manager will call me and settle the issue. But so far NO CALL: 3 and a half WEEKS !!! Please save yourself some grief and RUN FOR THE HILLS IF YOU SEE A NICE PRICE AT SHIVA.

I booked a one way domestic, USA, flight with Shiva Travel on 9/20 on American Airlines. The next day, I was called and they let me know that the fare that I booked was not available and they would not honor it. They asked me to pay $80 extra to keep my flight, despite the price that I originally booked the flight at being still available on the website. This was complete bait and switch and no reputable OTA should be coming back after a customer purchases asking for more money. I told them I did not want to cancel and they cancelled my flight anyways. Avoid this scam company.

I booked a flight for 4 people my card was charged and I thought everything was ok. A couple of days later I decided to log on to the carriers website to confirm my flight when I was advise to call shiva travel because they had canceled my reservations. They don’t have 24 hours customer service. They did reimbursed the entire amount to my cc but failed to make me aware of the changes that had occurred. When I did speak to them the only thing they told me was that they have the right to change the reservation at anytime without my approval. Very poor communication with costumers. I would think twice of trusting them.

I booked the flight with very good deal. But an hour later got cancellation reason was the price has changed. I have been watch this price for a few weeks. Before I book! why it change after I booked? This is real or scam?
