Dishonest company! Do not use Shiva Travel under no circumstances. Just as some of the other reviews stated they say they try to contact you to inform you the flight was cancelled! No such effort was ever made! They had my phone number and email and I never heard a thing from them!! I will be contacting The Better Business Bureau to inform them of this dishonest company!

Was told on May 1 I had a flight, did not receive an e-ticket. On May 4 was told I would get it the next day. May 7, no e-ticket. May 8 was told I would get it in 4-5 hrs. May 9, nothing. Called them and was told I could book it direct with the airline myself. NOW it is MORE money. NEVER AGAIN!!

Extremely bad experience.I bought tickets at April 1. Canceled my ticked without notice, no email, no message. So weird. And I called customer service many times at 9:14 am EST, nobody picked up the phone call. NEVER use this website again!!!!!!!

Charged me $925.00 for a $596.00 basic economy plane ticket. I have asked them to refund me the difference but have not received any response. I will NEVER use this company again and neither should you.

I made reservations and had a confirmation sent to my email. I am suppose to fly out this Saturday. I get an email today 4/4 saying my flight has been cancelled. I call and ask why and I am told that they lost their Domestic Contracts as of the 31st of March. I asked why in the world they would allow booking if they new contracts were not in place for after March 31st, I was told they usually roll over, and they do not know why the contracts were not renewed. This Is a HUGE inconvenience and no reasonable explanation as to why. Supposedly it will take 15-20 business days, to get the Domestic Contracts renewed. Unacceptable and again a huge inconvenience!!!

I bought ticket online, got a call the next day saying flight overbooked and I would have to choose another flight that would increase my fare by $150/PP. i told them not acceptable and not my fault they advertised availability. Hmm, well guess what? They're still advertising the exact same fare AND I called another company who said there are plenty seats available. Total SCAM!!!!! Others have also posted the same situation.

This travel company is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money. They will cancel your flight without any notification
