I was happy that they were able to…
I was happy that they were able to offer me the best price on my flights. I was not happy that there was a problem that came up after the fact regarding the billing. I was surprised but ultimately happy that someone with Shiva called me and got the billing issues straightened out. Assuming there aren't any other issues that come up, I would definitely recommend that you check prices with Shiva before you purchase tickets for your next flight.
