Can we give negative 5 rating? Terrible customer "service". Quality and sizing is completely messed up. Product ships from US. Want to return it? Ha ha ha! You need to return it to China and they don't reimburse you shipping costs. Do yourself a huge favour and find another website. This is the worst company I've dealt with in a long time.

Terrible fabric. Feels like polyester but purchased as cotton. No labels. Sent in cheap plastic bag. Size way smaller than size chart. Thought I was buying from USA. Arrgh. Failed to check reviews. Very slow delivery time. Not going to waste time trying for a refund. Avoid buying these shirts.

These shirts are Chinese rejects There business model appears to be to make it so hard and expensive to return goods you don't bother. The quality of shirts is disgusting.

I will never ever order from this company again. They sent the wrong size so I asked for a label to send back for a refund. I tried for over a week to get the label because I was leaving for a trip. I keep getting the same form letter. So frustrating. This is why I order from Amazon. Customer service stinks.

I ordered 2 shirts and they show up over 40 days later. I had 1 person I spoke to. I could not get a hold of another person after that. The phone would say leave your name. Emailed and they came back k over and over with the same email with return instructions with no address. Worse $60 I ever spent and so pissed I can’t get a hold of anyone.

Do not buy products from this company...They advertised Ralph Lauren products...but then send a cheap knockoff instead... When you try to return the product and ask for a return label (and let's be clear their website says they will provide a return label within 30 days)... They didn't provide a return label... They said I had to send the product back on my dime.. come to find out this company is located in China!! The cost to send something back to China is astronomical... And they will fight you not to refund your money.... Not to mention, Bank of America stood behind this scam company... So it 'll be a long time before I use Bank of America again!! This is a scam company - do not do business with them...

I ordered a HEATED battery jacket. There was no mention of it not containing a battery by their own admission.. I demanded a refund. They said I could get a battery. Then they said they would give me 5% off. I have demand again a full refund.

Do not do business with them it’s a farce. Order two shirts advertised as basic linen showing a nice shirt with color matched buttons and saying it shipped from the US. Well no such thing shipped from China took more than 6 weeks. Shirts are so cheap I would be afraid to wash them they will fall apart, no tags to say what they are made of or care, buttons are the cheapest white plastic. They are not linen that’s for sure , really never felt material like before, it’s not comfortable! So reported as a scam don’t waste money or time.
