This company is a complete scam. Run the other way!

this is just a cheap co . O Yela China co. it toke a month to get this cheap shirt. never again

I didn’t want to even give a one star but there are no negative stars so…..NEVER EVER order from this company!!! I ordered a hoodie for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Not only was it too small it was not good quality either. I have tried to get info on how to send back for refund. Sent my first email on December 17th. Each time I received a reply they were asking for the same info including a picture. I have done everything they have asked. Today I received an email from “Felecia” who said that items must be returned within 30 days of the date I received it!!! What a joke!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Very poor quality products and absolutely the worst customer service!

Same as many others; no response to emails requesting order status or a tracking number.

If i could give it a negative 5star i would so called company is terrible DONT do business with this company & PayPal is no help They are not reputable Items are not as described & are junk

Been like 2 and a half week since I ordered a coat off these “people” Shop app still says order placed and havent even received a tracking number please dont buy anything from here i also seen reviews from other people saying that their items arent true to size and low quality possibly some cheap polyester stuff, anyways dont waste ur money Reporting there website as fraud aswell

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IF I COULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE STAR RATING I WOULD. I TRIED FOR WEEKS TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DO. PRODUCT COMES FROM CHINA AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER SO ONLY COMMUNICATION IS THROUGH EMSIL WHOCH IS WORTHLESS. AGAIN NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
