I designed and collaborated with Shiree Odiz on a custom necklace. They consulted on everything from quality to sizing and pricing, and I could not have been happier - Shiree herself at one point checked in personally during the process, which was a very personalized touch. I bought gold ring with “diamond” and came with “certificate of diamond grade and color and etc” , it is totally very very bad quality diamond and the bogus certificate is probably made by the seller or some of his acompleces. I did authenticate the ring with respected jeweler in the area where I live and was authenticated as BAD AS CAN GET. DEFINITELY I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHIREE ODIZ. If you want quality diamond ring go to your local jewelry stores so you can see and try the ring, DO NOT GET ANY CHANCE WITH SHIREE ODIZ. I still have the ring and would like to return to Shiree Odiz, THE PROBLEM IS I CAN NOT REACH THEM PS…. Shiree Odiz knows that I’m REAL customer BECAUSE I DID BUY THE RING FROM THEM AND THEY SENT ME EMAIL ALL THE TIME AND ALSO TRUST PILOT SEND ME EMAIL TO WRITE THIS REVIEW…That’s why I’m REAL CUSTOMER. PS … I got response from Shiree Odiz—AND NO HELP AT ALL. Also few years ago i did purchase from Shiree Odiz again (for second time) , it was “diamond earrings” , and RETURNED THE ORDER RIGHT AWAY and very obviously the reason was-VERY BAD QUALITY DIAMONDS and I didn’t need professional jeweler opinion , I COULD SEE THE EXTREMELY BAD QUALITY DIAMONDS by my self. I guess that’s the problem you encounter when you relay on internet quality promise by Shiree Odiz accompanied with “quality and grade certificate by independent lab”. Just to indicate again: This is my honest and unbiased review PS… Shire Odiz NEVER OFFERED ANY TRADE IN OR ANY OTHER KIND OF OFFER to resolve any dissatisfaction to customer like me…. Again I can see how dishonest the people at Shiree Odiz are.

Hello! We have no record of this customer, nor any complaints like this from emails, phone calls or our website chat. What is your name/email/order number? We've also requested information via TrustPilot as we're not familiar with anything here. If it's a real order/customer, we'd be more than happy to help. Update: The customer has reached out via email and we can see the order of the ring from 2016. This is the first time we have ever heard of the complaint and as the customer also made another purchase a few years later, we had no reason to assume there was an issue. While we're unable to offer a refund after 8 years as he's requesting (no company in any industry can do that), we have offered a trade-in or exchange based on the value paid at the time. Hopefully we can make him happy as we had assumed he had been all these years.
