Worst in the business - BEWARE if not satisfied with service!
I have transported many vehicles across the United States using a variety of companies, and this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to leave a negative review. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing due to poor communication, failure to meet stated pickup expectations, and the way concerns were handled after the fact. I understand that transport logistics can be difficult, especially with heavier vehicles and less common routes. Delays can happen. My issue was never simply that a carrier was not secured quickly enough — it was the company’s lack of professionalism and accountability throughout the process. To be fair, the company did provide an updated invoice reflecting a refund after the order was canceled, although the refund was not yet reflected by my bank at the time of my review update. I also acknowledge that the route involved major highways and mountainous terrain. However, those route conditions were known when the order was accepted. What concerns me most is what occurred afterward. After expressing dissatisfaction and posting a review, I continued receiving repeated messages defending the company’s wording and disputing whether phrases such as “can pick up” versus “will pick up” constituted a commitment. The communication became excessive and argumentative rather than customer-focused. I also received repeated requests to remove the review in exchange for future services. The company’s public response only reinforced my concerns. Instead of addressing the experience professionally, they chose to characterize me personally as “troubled” and accuse me of fabricating events. Consumers can judge for themselves whether that is an appropriate or professional way to address a dissatisfied customer. I retained documentation of the communications and stand by my review. Customers should never feel pressured, dismissed, or personally attacked for sharing a negative experience. At the end of the day, this review reflects my personal experience as a customer. Others are free to make their own decisions, but based on my experience, I would not use or recommend this company again.

We value and respect all customers, no matter what the situation. In all of our conversations with Renae, we were professional and respectful. We updated her throughout the entire process. Upon scheduling the order Renae agreed to a 1-2 day window for pickup from her first available date but she cancelled the order in the morning of the second day so we did not get the full needed timeframe to secure a carrier. With all due respect, virtually everything stated in this review by Renae is absolutely false. In her previous post she said we harassed her when there was no harassment. She now deleted it but earlier she said we contacted her after 10pm and we actually contacted her at 7:29pm. She continues to edit her review on a daily basis with new lies and threats baiting us to respond and then when we respond, she claims that we are bad for responding. We cancelled the order and issued a full refund as she requested. In reality, we did a lot of work on the order but were never paid a penny and lost money on it due to labor and processing fees. This shipment was for a Ford F-450 shipping from Rural Retreat, VA 24368 to Simpsonville, SC 29681. If you look at this trip on a map you will see that it is a very difficult route for car haulers due to mountainous terrain and a major lack of other shipments going to and coming from those locations. In addition to that, this is a very heavy vehicle. The order was booked 5/12 with a first available ready date of 5/12 or 1-2 days after. Renae requested a cancellation in the morning of 5/14. We did not get the full 1-2 days from the ready date to secure a carrier. We spoke with the shipper several times via phone, email and text throughout the process and upon cancellation. We wanted to secure a carrier and did all that we could to make that happen but due to external factors outside of our control that did not take place. We issued the refund in full the same day the order was cancelled, as is our policy, and sent the receipt confirmation to the shipper. We geniunely wish her all the best and hope the vehicle gets picked up quickly. Thank you for reading our response.
