I am glad that Shopify is using this service to process shipping insurance claims. It is very easy to use and reimbursements have been very fast.

Claims are super easy, I'm suing Shipstation which integrates seamlessly with Shipsurance, all I have to do I go to my "Shipments" tab, click on the insurance link, and the form is filled up. I've made a few claims over the year, and they have always come through, I recommend them 100%

We've used Shipsurance for several years (since we started with Shipstation. Filing claims is a smooth and very quick process. We insure all our international orders and the small fee they charge gives us peace of mind that it will be covered if lost. Much more reliable than USPS insurance. Highly recommended.
