Customers have no issues following their prompts to complete their portion of the claim and the waiting periods to file have never been an issue. Communication is clear and consistent throughout the claim process and payments are quickly received once the claim is processed. 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone who ships items of value, especially internationally when packages are often lost or damaged.
