Shipsurance is a game changer for those who sell online and ship a lot of packages like me. The claims process is so easy and customer service is A+++ if you ever need help. I never ship anything without purchasing insurance through shipsurance. It's a pleasure to pay for their coverage.

Always fast, quick, and excellent service! I have never had an issue with them, so it’s surprising to see so many negative reviews. They do require some proof and documentation on both sides, so that’s probably why their claims aren’t going through. I’ve been using them since 2019, spent thousands of dollars with their insurance, and have always had my claims paid out when a package was lost, stolen, or damaged. Phenomenal company!

My claim for an item that broke in shipping was filed April 10 and paid on April 11th. The claims process is simple and hassle free for me, the seller, as well as for the buyer. I love Shipsaver and have been a customer for many years without any complaints.

As a small business, it's imperative to have great service and help when shipping companies damage items. No matter how well you pack, people and or accidents happen in shipping. Because Shipsurance is so quick and accurate with payment of damaged claims, I even insure Pri Mail packages with it so not to have to wait months for USPS to reimburse. This helps my cash flow and keeps customers satisfied.
