Auctane pattern of slow delivery…
Several companies are using Auctane Shipstation for shipping their products and I have had the same reults over and over. I currently have a package that was shipped on 01/10 and it is now 01/28 and it is still, "In transit to the next location." It sat in Kansas City for 2 weeks with no change, and now is supposed to be on the way but has not arrived. How this company is A- on BBB is a joke. Every time a company opts to use them, I am looking to buy my merchandise elsewhere. I have no good experiences with this shipper. The package finally appeared on 02/04 at the Post Office. The USPS gets the blame, but this company contracts with them and their packages are lower priority. The service is slower and unreliable compared with Priority mail, the new Ground Advantage is bad, but secondary contract companies are getting substandard delivery and consumers are getting the worst of it. One supplier is now offering shipping alternatives and stated they are having the worst service in 12 years by using contracted shipping services.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we apologize for the miscommunication regarding your shipment. We understand how frustrating it can be when a package is delayed, and we want to clarify that ShipStation is an order management and label creation software, not a carrier. Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, it is out of our control. If you're experiencing a delay or issue with delivery, we recommend opening a claim directly with the carrier handling the shipment or the entity you purchased the package from initially to investigate the situation further. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and hope this helps clarify the process. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out. - Hunter
