Ship & PlayReviews of shipplay.com

Excellent communication of where my luggage was.

Fast and reliable;

Bags arrived in a timely manner, and looked fine.

This was my first time using Ship and Play, and I’ll admit I was a little skeptical at first. I wasn’t sure if there would be unexpected details or if the service would truly live up to what the company promised. I’m very happy to say they exceeded all of my expectations. My boxes arrived within just a few days, and everything arrived safely with no damage at all. The entire experience was professional, reliable, and much easier than I anticipated. I will definitely continue using Ship and Play in the future, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable shipping service.

Great customer service and clear, concise instructions that were easy to follow! Our suitcase actually arrived home in great shape. We will use this service again!

Easy and they are very efficient in keeping you up to date on where your luggage is at all times. Will definitely use them again

Timely pickup and arrival. On the ship the 2 representatives were very nice and helpful. Only problem was the luggage arrived at our home before we were expecting it with very little prior notification.

Everything went smoothly just the way a costumer would like it
