I had a great experience, this was my first time using this service. I was able to drop off my suitcases with ease and have them arrive at my door the same time I arrived to my destination. This was definitely a game changer. No worrying about dragging suitcases thru the airport or worrying about if they would all fit in a vehicle.

This was our first experience with using Ship & Play services. We shipped 2 large check-in size pieces of luggage. Ship & Play picked up our luggage at our house and delivered them to our Cruise line. They were delivered to our Stateroom, just as promised. At disembarkation Ship & Play was there to pick up our luggage and return it back to our home. What a great way to make traveling so much easier, never having to juggle luggage from car, to airport, to cruise ship, and back home again. Vacationing became much more enjoyable with the work and heavy lifting handled by Ship & Play! This is the only way we will travel from now on.
