I have to admit, after booking yesterday with Ship & Play I would never have given a good review as the process took thirty minutes. One representative disconnected and I had to wait all over again. Then along comes Paul H. I had some revisions to make to my reservation and she was precise, cheerful and took care of my issue promptly. Kudos to Paula & thx!!

My luggage was picked up by a reputable company (FedEx) and arrived to my destination 4 days earlier than quoted! I could see that great care was taken with my luggage during the whole process! I will definitely be using them again.

I called a agent at Ship and Play to assist with shipping two pieces of luggage from the cruise ship in Tokyo Japan back to our home in Florida. It was a easy process, explanations given as to how procedures would take place and the Agent was waiting for me when I disembarked the ship in Tokyo. Agent took my luggage and I immediately was updated online about the delivery back to our house which took about 4 days. I was very impressed.
