This is such a great service idea, so convenient! Customer service was excellent. My only issue is my bag wheel was damaged but that’s most likely due to the shipping company in travel.

Shipping process went well, however when I had to call customer service for answers they lady was really rude and not understanding. I spoke with a manager about it and he was nice. Otherwise would have given 5 stars

Ship&Play worked well, but the ease of use depends on large part on the accommodations available at the remote location. In my case we had to get a manager to look up where the package was physically located. Then our other hotel didn’t offer any package pickup services so we had to drop the package ourself at the FedEx store. Not as effortless as advertised, but still a good service and would use again.

I would give you five stars, but FedEx delivered my golf clubs upside down in spite of clear signage and labels indicating which side is up. They did the same thing last year. Fortunately, the contents survived.

MY LUGGAGE WAS PICKED UP ON TIME AS SCHEDULED AND DELIVERED ON TIME AS WELL. ONE OF THE LUGGAGE WHEELS WAS SLIGHTLY DAMAGED BUT IT WAS THE ONLY ISSUE.

Our luggage was delivered from France to the US without any problems and ahead of schedule. Dinged one star because printing out the many required forms and figuring out which ones went where was a bit difficult, and the instructions were sometimes confusing or contradictory. Make sure you have lots of tape and zip ties.

Shipments were picked up and arrived on time. Customer service can be a challenge (highly variable on phone).

Being able to ship clubs, luggage, and boxes was convenient. Pick up was okay.
