My first shipment stalled on first day of shipment and stayed there for two weeks until I called. I had to cancel that order and reorder. My reorder was shipped immediately and received within a few days. The process of handling both orders was very easy and user friendly. I appreciate how quickly my issue was resolved.

Shipped processed the refund extremely quickly and efficiently. However I rated only 4 stars because it would’ve been better to get what I ordered instead. Or at least been given the option to have it shipped again without having to reorder it through the supplier. Not real happy about having to wait their required 7 days either. I checked my mailbox soon after I received the delivery notification and it was not there nor did my cameras pick up anyone stealing the package. With an auto reorder or option to reorder I should also have the option to use a different courier as DHL or USPS did not deliver to the right house if they delivered it at all.
