First made contact about issue: They weren’t delivered until June 16th, 2026. We reached out about the problem on June 19th, 2026. Shipped.com admitted fault, said they would make it right, and then completely ignored us. No help was provided. They will not reply to our emails and will not answer nor return our phone calls. All of the reviews on their site require a login to make reviews. They have to allow you create an account. You cannot choose to make an account on your own. They will only let you make a review if you had a good experience. Check the BBB site for Shipped.com, their true reviews are terrible and sound exactly like what they did to us. They deliver damaged goods, and then they ignore you after taking your money and delivering subpar containers that end up being an expensive problem to have to figure out how to solve. Be ready to spend thousands more to deal with the garbage that Shipped.com will dump on your site. They also dropped these containers at the wrong location after giving them detailed pictures of where to drop them. This company does not care about their customers one bit. They are deceptive and fraudulent. We purchased two 40 foot shipping containers from Shipped.com for $4,852 on May 28th, 2026. They were not delivered to the agreed upon location and they were not the grade we agreed to purchase on our invoice. This company did not send us what we paid for and has acknowledged that they will provide some form of remedy due to their mistake. Yet, they have not made good on their word and are ignoring our requests for help. We have never signed to accept this delivery because these are not what we ordered. We are under no obligation to keep these containers. Their own website's buyer's guide lists the condition of what to expect when ordering WWT (lowest grade) containers, and what to expect when ordering CWO (higher grade containers). The containers we paid for are CWO as can be seen on our invoice. The containers we received are WWT as can be seen in the videos we provided to Shipped.com.
