Touch of modern consistently lied and they keep telling me to file a request with you all the request with you all was approved touch of modern never has returned with any other response or a new shipment I don't know who to blame you or them but this is not something good I'm a very unhappy customer who's been ripped off now the only thing I'm interested in is a complete refund

Hi! We received your stolen shipment issue report on 9/30/2022, which was resolved immediately and replacement order O6565554075 was issued. Based on the tracking number, looks like it was delivered yesterday.

My HOUDINI Package
Package was supposedly delivered to my side door but there was a locked gate before the door but to my surprise "There is nothing up my sleeve, presto/changeo 🪄🪄Look MA NO PACKAGE🪄🪄" I purchased THEIR SHIPPING INSURANCE Then it took over a month for them to refund my account

Our apologies with your shipment issue. After receiving and verifying your issue on 8/1/22, your refund was processed the same day 8/1/22 and you should have received a confirmation email 8/1/22. Hello, I have a lost order and I reported it, you response with replacment order thankfully at Apr 27 but still i didn’t get the tracking number for the new order. Thank you Saoud
