However, in your case, a replacement wasn't available, so a refund was issued. Per the Assurance Guarantee, the shipping fee is not included in the refund. Hi DC Buyer, Often, USPS loses the package before it gets to the first facility scan, which unfortunately was the case for your order. As not all of the replacement items were available, a refund was issued back to your original payment method. Hi Howard, You can absolutely track your orders by visiting the each of the carrier sites for updates. However, the Shipped app removes the hassle of needing to do so. The Shipped app allows you to manage all of your online purchases with auto order importer, shipment tracker for various carriers, real-time notification of delivery issues, and in-app shipment issue resolution.
