I made 2 purchases on 19 May 2025 the first was from Michigan USA with USPS which arrived to my address in Spain after a week and the second was from Istanbul Turkey with ShipEntegra , today is 02 June and nothing shows up

Avoid at all costs - in the future, I will not be purchasing from any stores that use Shipentegra for fulfillment. Their tracking is intentionally opaque, and their fulfillment times feels like we're in 2005, not 2025. I ordered an item 2 weeks ago from Texas to Utah - the item has still not arrived. In the 2 weeks it has taken, the updates have had no useful information - just a dozen variations on a generic "arrived at/departed from facility". In 2 weeks, I could drive to Irving, TX (origin location) and back 3-4 times. Maybe I should have done that to get my package on time. Pretty frustrated, very disappointed.

My experience with Shipentegra over the past few months has been very disappointing. They have failed to address customs issues and provide compensation for lost packages, causing significant problems for my customers. I cannot recommend Shipentegra based on this experience. Proceed with caution if you choose to work with them.

Etsy seller used this service to dropship an item from Turkey when I thought it was coming from Florida. This is a Christmas gift that obviously is never making it on time due to these jokers who have left it sitting in their warehouse for 5 days without transferring to USPS and not replying to any attempts to contact them on status. One star for them, one star for the Etsy seller, and one star for Etsy for allowing this deceptive practice to happen. Never again. Chargeback with credit card company forthcoming.

I bought items from Etsy to give as gifts -- it was promoted as speedy shipping. According to the seller/Etsy, the items should have been delivered over a week ago. The tracking shows it sitting in a facility in NJ for over a week (starting the day after I placed my order) but based on things I've read on other sites, this is a company based in Turkey so that may not be accurate. I'm meeting with the people who are supposed to receive these gifts tomorrow so unless they are delivered today, I won't have them when I need them. In the future I will ask Etsy owners if they use this company and, if so, will not buy from them.

I never received my package despite waiting for weeks. I tried reaching out to customer service, but I didn’t get any helpful response. Very disappointed with the experience and wouldn’t recommend it.

I've never had a seller use this service so I was nervous. The package was the only item I've ever ordered that got marked "damaged" and couldn't be delivered. Seller made item again and resent it. Don't have high hopes this one will make it either.

Scammers. They claim to deliver your package, then claim it "must have been left with the neighbors", not our problem. Don't buy from vendors who ship through Shipentegra, they are probably scammers too.
