ShipEntegraReviews of shipentegra.com

Some of my shipments sent through ShipEntegra were lost, and several compensation claims remain unpaid even after six months. I have been unable to find anyone to contact or get any meaningful response. Is ShipEntegra still operating?

Shipentrega is by far the worst service provider in the world! Sellers and shippers, avoid this company like the plague! I wouldn't give this company a single star, but the system requires at least one star to post a review. Shipments take forever to arrive, or they don't arrive at all. Package get stuck somewhere for days or even weeks. There are also no updates on the shipment status in the tracking system for long periods. I have sent multiple emails to three different Shipentrega email addresses and haven't received a single reply to my inquiries. Shipentrega’s operations are truly shady and unreliable. If you order products online, make sure the seller does not use Shipentrega’s shipping services under any circumstances. I will certainly ensure this myself in the future. If a seller says they use Shipentrega for shipping, I definitely won't order from that store. It is frustrating and embarrassing to have to bother sellers with this issue, as it isn't their fault, but they surely understand the customer's frustration.

Do NOT rely on ShipEntegra for your e-commerce business if you value your money and operational security. Major carriers (UPS/FedEx) officially approved and processed compensation payouts for my affected shipments months ago. The money was delivered to ShipEntegra to be remitted to me. However, ShipEntegra has been unlawfully holding onto my funds for months, refusing to transfer what is rightfully mine. Customer support offers zero accountability, endless stalling tactics, and vague excuses. Holding onto payout funds already settled by primary carriers is completely unacceptable and breaches basic commercial ethics. I am taking immediate formal legal action—including official complaints to the Ministry of Commerce, Consumer Arbitration Boards, and enforcement proceedings. Consider this a severe warning to all online sellers: ShipEntegra is holding customer funds already paid out by carriers. Work with them at your own risk.

Order not shipped and customer service unresponsive. Stay away!

ShipEntegra deducted money directly from my wallet 7 months after a completed shipment, claiming it was a customs/tax charge. They also alleged that the receiver refused to pay, even though the shipment was successfully delivered within 3 days without any issue. Despite multiple formal requests, the company has completely failed to provide any supporting documentation. No official customs records, no carrier invoices, no proof of receiver payment refusal, and no verifiable import/tax assessment documents have been provided at any stage. Instead of verifying the claim through proper channels or their logistics partners (such as UPS), ShipEntegra unilaterally deducted funds from a wallet balance that they fully control, without consent, without prior notice, and without any transparent justification. Even more concerning, every request for evidence was ignored or answered only with generic explanations. Eventually, the case was closed unilaterally without resolution and without providing any documentation at all. This is not a standard customs issue. This is a non-transparent financial deduction carried out without evidence, followed by refusal to provide documentation and termination of communication. A system that allows retroactive charges, without proof and without accountability, while denying all requests for verification, raises serious concerns about financial transparency and consumer protection.

I ordered leather goods from the USA to the UK. My package somehow spent 2 weeks in Istanbul where it dried out, almost becoming ruined. I now have to try to restore it.
