We use Shipbots to ship our online orders to customers and the company truly deserves 5 starts. The staff is responsive, always available to answer any questions and do exactly what they promise. Since we sell beverages, it is very important to us that all orders are packaged carefully to avoid leaking. Every case was shipped and received on time and in great condition. Thank you Shipbots!!!

Very responsive and on top of everything. They run a clean operation and the software they use is easy yet powerful for my needs. I rarely need to reach out as the receiving and shipping runs like a well-oiled machine. I can reach my account manager immediately."

Having worked closely with Payam, CEO, and seeing the warehouse with my own eyes, I can easily say that they are a well oiled machine. Shipbots is a very efficient company and handled all my questions and concerns with grace. I would highly reccomand this company!

I recently had the pleasure of working with ShipBots, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and extremely helpful. One of the things that impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They took the time to understand my business's unique needs and made sure that all of my products were handled with the utmost care. They were also great at communicating with me throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on the status of my shipments and answering any questions I had. Their facility was top-notch, with state-of-the-art equipment and a team of experienced professionals who were able to handle my inventory with ease. And their pricing was very competitive, making them an excellent value for the quality of service they provide. Overall, I would highly recommend ShipBots to anyone in need of a 3PL warehouse. Their team is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure their clients' satisfaction.

Payam and his team have been nothing short of exceptional. They are efficient, courteous, and always willing to work with us regardless of the difficulty of the task. All of Payam's employees are excellent and he runs a trustworthy company. We have only had positive experiences with him and his team and we are definitely lucky to have him! Thank you Shipbots!

Liars and thieves! BEWARE. Avoid at all costs. This team lies and steals and will hold your inventory hostage. We were never once billed the rates we agreed to and are out tens of thousands of dollars Unless you’re interested in battling these people in court, stay FAR FAR AWAY!!!

I spent a long time searching for a warehouse until I found Shipbots. From the first phone call, I knew I had found a trusted partner. The decision to work with Shipbots has been one of the best decisions the company has ever made!

I had the best experience using ShipBots as my distribution center. Don't think twice about using them, their prices are fair, it's family-owned but logistically larger than most other DCs out there.
