Mikey has been so kind and helpful while I figure out fulfillment for my new business. ShipBots wasn't the right fit for what I need right now, but he still took the time to connect me with someone who could help. He followed through and even offered to keep looking if that introduction didn't work out. Great service! I spoke with Mike Ahdoot, and he was very professional. Definitely didn't come across as salesy, and helped me make a real decision. Excited to work with these guys long term, and would recommend you just speak to one of their experts if you are still on the fence

Been really happy with these guys so far. Their team has been helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which honestly makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with a 3PL. They’ve been good about answering questions, keeping things moving, and actually getting back to me when they say they will. Nothing felt overly pushy or like I was just another account they were trying to sign up. Overall just a really solid experience so far. Obviously every 3PL has their issues here and there, but ShipBots has been great to work with and I couldn't recommend them more
