The WORST!! I sent my watch back to Detroit for a battery change .. that was all! I sent the package thru UPS EXACTLY as Shinola indicated…. Shinola signed as they received it… but NO! They claimed they never received it - go to UPS for your claim…!?! You SIGNED for it ! So.. what you are saying is one of your employees signed for it and your in denial - this went on for WEEKS!!! Total denial ! And typical Detroit accountability

I tried ordering watches/leather goods 3 different times and they totally screwed up each order in 3 different ways. It is clear that this company is created and owned by private equity. Zero integrity and no soul.

The product is overpriced which I can live with but the customer service is appalling, tardy and rude! I initially enquired about sizing for a replacement watch band. Was given the wrong information from Customer Service which I was able to correct by my own research. I placed the order for the correct band but was sent the wrong product. Getting a refund took well over a month and they DID NOT REFUND the $25 USD for approx postage I had paid even though they admitted sending me the wrong product. Ended up buying a quality band online at a much cheaper price and free postage! Only buy if you absolutely must and you live close to a Shinola outlet.

I purchased a bag from Shinola and was supposed to receive a 10% discount on a first time purchase. The discount was not applied. I sent an email and after three days with no response I called and spoke to a representative. I was informed that new arrivals are not eligible for discount.Nowhere is that stated in the offer. Management declines to do anything about this and I think it is a very disappointing experience for a first (and last) time buyer.

I sent my watch to Shinola for repair. My watch wasn’t running. At the same time I asked about wrist band options. They emailed me options which I didn’t like. Because I didn’t respond to the wrist band email, they did NOTHING about repairing my watch. A month later I called about the status and was told that they would get back to me in 48 hours. No one got back to me. I called again and was told that they held up repairs because of the wristband email. Unbelievable screw up. Don’t buy these watches - service is the worst.

Watch arrived yesterday and owners manual was missing. Called customer service twice. They have no clue of what they are doing. My wife and I will never buy another one of your products.

Just hoping this might generate a response from them. I ordered a watch from them on the 5th August, it was shipped on the 9th. I live in the UK so this was done via 'express air'. It's now the 22nd August and nothing. I've emailed customer care (customerservice@) several times and still no response. I'm sure their watches are great, I just wish I had it. Update: 5 days later. No watch. No contact with customer service. LOTS of sales emails though.
