Took forever
Took forever. But love the mug. Now I am not the only one without one. Yes it is here. Only one straw.

First of all I ordered only one…
First of all I ordered only one ornament and wrapped inside was two. One of a family that i have no clue who it is So someone is going to be disappointed. I was disappointed how small mine was but it is what it Is

Ornaments were meh
I was not updated on my order. The tracking stopped on 11/28 and it arrived on 12/8. I sent an email to ask about my order and did not receive a response. As for the ornaments-they were okay. Not like I expected from the ad, but they were adequate. I won’t order again.

Not a 3D Representation
The picture was true to what I sent but the ad made it look like it would be a 3D representation, which it was not. Wish I had known. Also I received 2 updates that it was delivered for a week before it actually arrived.

All scratched!
They are ALL scratched on the shiny side! It took longer in shipping than it did to make them. For spending over $100 on these gifts was way out of line for they scratched product. I'm really disappointed!

The ornament is very nice but I HATE that you pretend to be based in the United States. You're in CHINA! Just be honest so I know my item won't arrive for a month.

The ornaments were smaller than I…
The ornaments were smaller than I expected. Other than that they were okay. I’m not overjoyed. I probably would not order again for the price.

I was expecting something different
I was expecting something different. The photos came out great but think the plastic looked cheap. Perhaps I misunderstood what I was purchasing.
