Shipping is super slow, confused aboutr delivery of one bad instead of both at the same time, I di not even get the bag yet.

Buyer beware
I received an email this morning that my order had been shipped, but due to "delays" it would not arrive for another 30 days (estimated). I have contacted "Customer Service" by chat, email, and phone to discuss this delay. I really don't expect to hear back, because I think I made a huge mistake in trusting this seller. Communication has seemed weird in that the chat seems to go nowhere and the phone is answered without a company or personal name, and it goes straight to voice mail. Beware of this seller. I will leave a positive review if I get some answers. Otherwise, stay far, far away.

Wrong design on the mug and also not…
Wrong design on the mug and also not even customized with the name that was supposed to be on it! Paid the extra for the carrying case which didn’t come with it and it took 6weeks to get here. I want a total refund, this is unacceptable! Ordered it on Dec 7th and received on Jan 21. Very late Christmas gift and completely not what I ordered

Delivered after a month and a half.
It took a month and a half to received item. Way too long for what was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Item ordered on Dec. 4th.

I ordered from them over a month ago...
I ordered from them over a month ago. I know it was at Chicago O'Hare many weeks ago. I could have drove up and picked the damn thing up. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. Imagine the horror on Christmas day, when I told my loved one what their Christmas present would be in advance, and there I was empty handed. She accepted the shipping delay on Christmas day, but now, well into January, she doesn't believe me. I will never, EVER order from this company again, not EVER. If you choose to respond, repond with a solution. I want my art or my money back.

Took forever to get my product I didn't…
Took forever to get my product I didn't get any updates was very disappointed. I eventually got my product but I had ordered it early December and got no updates on when it was going to be delivered it was supposed to be given out for Christmas and I never got it

NEVER AGAIN
I had no idea it would take FOREVER for my order to arrive. When it arrived I was very surprised that it was not a 3 dimensional sign as pictured when I ordered it. Instead it was in fact a cheap tin type sign that I paid right at $50. Two words for you: NEVER AGAIN.
