Way to long to wait
Item did not meet expectations . The picture in the ad looked 10 times better then the actual product. I think they use a 3D cast image for the picture in the ad. This is deceiving. I will not consider this site again for any future purchases . The company did offer to refund my cost without me requesting it so I did appreciate that effort.

Ordered 2 quilts
Ordered 2 quilts, one to be sent to Chicago, one to me. Over a month later, the Chicago one arrived with seashell tags on it, but we ordered a Halloween quilt. We contacted Shineful, and they told us to check the quilt, mis-labeling sometimes happens. It was the Halloween quilt. When I asked about the second quilt, the site had no record of it, and Shineful customer service said it would be delivered the 22nd. Two days later, I got an apology email, the quilt is lost, here’s your full refund. Today, I got an alert that the quilt was delivered. I know now where NOT to order from..
Response from ShinefulSep 23, 2024
Dear Valued Customer, We sincerely apologize for any confusion. We want to clarify that the email you received regarding delivery mentioned an item shipped to Chicago, not the one currently held up in customs. We sincerely apologize for the distressing experience you’ve had with your recent orders. It’s clear we fell short of your expectations.Your feedback is invaluable, and we will take it to heart as we work to improve our processes. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this frustrating situation. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to regain your trust.

Disappointed in purchase
The quilt set arrived pretty quickly. It was vacuum sealed so it didn’t take up much space. I noticed when I opened it that the colors did not seem as bold as the photographs at the time I purchased it. The fabric was still very stiff after washing and is not soft at all. The quilt set is not as expected. I am disappointed. Since I laundered it, I can’t return it. Perhaps I can resell or repurpose it. EDITED TO ADD: After seeing the response from the seller, I reached out about a refund. It was processed within hours of me emailing. Although the product was not as expected, the customer service experience as follow-up exceeded my expectations.

Disappointed
Took over a month to receive the quilt. I seemed super thin and stiff, not soft, and kind of scratchy. It also seemed faded and the colors were not near as intense advertised. I thought I would try running it through a gentle wash to soften it up. After washing it wasn’t any better. One of the pillow shams tore after the one wash too. What a sham. I would not have paid over $100 for this.
