Keeps the bowl cleaner longer with minimal maintenance. I have 2 units installed for a month now, and they are working as expected!

A promising start to a very decent product, the design and functionality are solid, but the app and integration with Smart house functions still leaves a lot to be desired.

Just installed and seem to be working. One of my bathrooms has the braided metal supply lines and seems to be working great. Installed other units in my two other bathrooms that have solid supply lines-thinner than the braided lines. Not sure they are as accurate. LL bath sprays after bowl fills. Other two spay during flush. An adaptor to insert to get more firm grip would help, or perhaps the clip should have 2 “slots” for different size supply lines-braided and solid

Our son gave us a Shine device in 2020. However, delivery took about 9 months +/-. Setup was a little frustrating because it wouldn't work. After multiple calls to Shine, with each going over the steps for setup, it finally worked. The only explanation was- it seemed to be stuck!. Now, after using it for several months, we are satisfied with the device. We live in Florida where the water is very "hard". I still have to use a brush on occasion due to the "minerals" in the water, but much less than pre-Shine. It took some time/effort to get here, but I am glad we have it now. I may get a second one for our other bathroom.

We really like our Shine! It cleans the toilet well, and I barely have to do any routine cleaning! It was easy to set up and it’s easy to change out the cleaning pods! Only issues we’ve had so far are: The adhesive for the toilet bowl spout has not been great - we’re looking for another way to adhere it so that it stays put. We had an issue where it didn’t want to connect to the app correctly after a pod change - but that has resolved. Neither of these issues would keep me from ordering another Shine! We do have two bathrooms in our house, but one isn’t in use currently, so no need for another at the time! When we do use it again, we will definitely get another Shine!

Product looks great and easy to set up. Works well and can tell my toilet bowl is cleaner already. Nice to have it automatic so once it’s set up there’s nothing to worry about!
