Waited 9 months for this little toilet cleaner, but it really works. I have had to charge it twice a week so far. It requires a special sized charger that is not sold with it; luckily I had one that came with my CPAP sanitizer. Maybe they will include the charger in future purchases.

Going on three months and I love it. Toilet bowl is clean with the unlimited cleaner, it's a no brainer.

The preformed as described. The setup was not as intuitive due to a compatibility issue with Galaxy S21. I just used an older device to set up the units and they showed up on my phone

Shine Bathroom Assistant was easy to install and after the second try I was able to connect to WiFi. It seems to be working as advertised. My bowl does get a pinkish buildup near the center every so often. It wipes right off but not sure why it happens. I like the app but I wish it would notify me by text or email when I need to replace the pod, fill with water or charge the battery. Right now the only way to get this info is by going into the app. Overall I’m pretty pleased with my Shine.

I have the assistants, the unlimited pods and the unlimited TP. The assistants have definitely cut down on moldy lines in my toilets, although I have had to clean every bowl a bit (much lighter cleaning than normal) to keep black and pink water lines away. I have had to futz with my spray time and pods used to make things stay clean longer; some human intuition is required. Pod reordering was super easy with the app. We started the TP subscription last week and got our first shipment quickly. We will see how long it takes for refills.

Excellent concept. So far so good as I’m Learning how to properly set up cleaning and set the length of time of cleaning and things like that. It will only get better in time and overall the bowls are cleaner consistently than they’ve ever been. I do recommend it and I know that in time it’s going to be super.

Ordered three units. All worked well but one leaked. Emailed them describing the problem - received a replacement unit a few days later. All is well now. Customer service is the most common cause for business complaints/failures - my experience with Shine has been great.

It’s early in the game but once the app allows for spraying on command and the ability to adjust the spray after flush time I will give it the full 5 stars. I’m happy with my shine and have faith the changes will be made eventually.
