I own two units. I got the first one through Indiegogo and after that worked so well, got the second. The units have worked flawlessly and have done a great job of keeping my two toilets clean. We have hard water so I use three cleaning pods on each unit every time I do a refresh. Initially, I had some issues with the app, getting the units to start a new electrolysis cycle, but the Shine team has updated app and it is much easier to use now. Bottom line, if I had more than two toilets, I would buy a shine unit for each one.

To test the ability of this bathroom assistant, I left the toilet alone for 6 weeks prior to its arrival. The bowl was dirty with some mildew starting to form along the waterline. It would make an effective test of the assistant. Within two days the bowl was noticeably brighter, and after 4 days the mildew was completely gone. It cannot clean the passages under the rim of the toilet, where the mildew begins to form, so, perhaps there is some way in the future to integrate the technology into the tank, but it delivers what it promises. This will greatly reduce my having to do an annoying and hated task, and I am nearly as happy with this as my robot vacuum! I am also appreciative of the reduced impact of harsh chemicals and water pollution on the environment, and in the air quality of my home. Great product!

Overall I'm very impressed with the Shine Bathroom Assistant. I was skeptical at first, but it really does what it says! Wouldn't want to be without it now!

My experience with shine has been amazing. I preordered the product and while there was a delay who doesn’t have one right now due to supply chain issues ? I’m most excited about the results: there was a noticeable difference overnight and I keep seeing a difference daily, I had moved into a new place and the toilets and that coating that you just can’t get off but shine is doing it and I can’t wait to see how clean it is when it’s done. I got the unlimited pods package for the year and it’s worth it for sure,

Excellent in every way! I first ordered a Shine bathroom assistant when in first production, and patiently waited. All through that first runs, and covid challenges, the Shine team kept in touch to let me know what was happening and expected timelines. I then received my SBA, and set up was super easy, I downloaded the app, went through the set up and voila! Off and running. I liked it so much I bought one for my spare bathroom and another for a Christmas present for a friend. They really work. I have hard water and it stops the ring forming from that. And also they are fun, love hearing that spray after flushing, and always a talking point with friends. Anytime I have had a question, the support team has responded really quickly, some of the best customer support out there. I highly recommend the product to anyone. You will not be dissapointed.
