Honestly this has not worked as well as I expected. I might get 3 more days before having to use a brush to clean my toilet. I bought 4 of these and that was a lot of money. so honestly disappointed. I would like any suggestions you might have.

BANKRUPT. just so you all know they went went bankrupt. You might have a way to get some money back by registering with the bankruptcy court. Look it up on line.

Doesn't really "clean" all that well...at least with country water but I do have to clean myself less often. Support is very slow to reply...and set up has been an issue both times when I installed both units. And it appears they are going out of business? Got a creditor notice so I didn't event try to return them....

Non responsive to my simple questions sent to customer service.

The product is well made but it doesn’t clean my toilet. Hard water stains continue to return which was the reason we bought this product as we are on Septic and are limited by chemicals we can put down the toilet. The battery on one of the units only lasts a month (nowhere near to the 6 advertised) and then I saw how much the Pods cost without a subscription, $50 I believe for a pack of 12. I have to use three pods at a time to run it a full strength so I go through them quickly which now makes this a very expensive option that doesn’t really help us out any. It was worth a shot, it’s a great idea but the formula needs to be stronger and the Pods considerably cheaper to keep me as a customer.

It worked for a while. If you have an older toilet and hard water stains… no good..The stupidest thing that cost them money was the capsules. Just send a 16oz container and be done. Or from what I seemed to believe that it’s white vinegar. I’m trying that to see if it works if not I’ll toss mine. Good thing I refrained from purchasing more than 2. Maybe someone will pick up where they left off and make it better.

I am very disappointed in Shine Bathroom. The device seems to work however, getting any support, getting the device to work via the app on an android doesn't happen. I have paid for an "unlimited" subscription of the cleaning pods and can't order them as you have to order via the app. NO ONE IS EVER AVAILABLE to help not online, not via email or phone. I have been attempting to resolve these issues since January 22, it is now February 7, and cannot. I should probably return the device or put in dispute on my CC because I can't even get where to return to.

It started as a good company, a start-up, global, that cared about its customers primarily. But then it started to slack, not to deliver components to countries where it used to previously, not to answer emails and so on. Maybe it got too big too soon.
