This device did not work at all. After many hours of reinstalling and other adjustments, time on chat, email, the company finally agreed to a refund and gave me instructions to return the unit. Returned six weeks ago and no refund. Company does not respond to messages. Fake it till you make it - sometimes you don't make it. Just admit it.

Horrible company. No customer service. Battery dies within days. Had unlimited membership but can’t order pods. Complete waste of money. Empty promises. Can’t believe I spent $360 for 3 cleaning devices. What a total lost! Do NOT buy! This company should be investigated for fraud and have every customer sent their money back

Ordered in Nov. 2021 and received Dec, 29, 2021 after many, many bot chats to verify where was my order. But this simply does not work as described. I believe I could just spray vinegar into the toilet and get the same results, it is completely ineffective if there is actually anything visible to clean in the toilet. The final straw is you cannot get ANY help ever and any request for help following their BOT CHAT instructions only results in receiving an email telling you to access youtube videos, etc and doesn't address anything requested. The final straw is having paid for the Cleaning Pod subscription, there is no way to request additional pods, so having run out already, now this product is completely useless. Will try to get refunded through my credit card. This product is nothing short of fraudulent.

I ordered two shine bathroom products in November 2020 and I have still not received anything from this company. They take your money and never deliver a single thing. There is no support, no customer service phone number, and I have sent several emails that the company has never responded to. Do not buy anything!! This company should be shut down for fraud!!!!

Shine is a great idea that never got properly implemented. I placed an order after the Kickstarter, when they said they had a working product, and just needed to ramp up production. What was promised to be a few months quickly became a year's wait. When the units arrived, they didn't do most of what was promised, and the app is severely lacking. What's missing: 1. Ability to recalibrate via the app (always coming in a few weeks) 2. Alexa/Google Home integration 3. Ability to trigger via the app What doesn't work 1. Sprays immediately after flush, rather than after flush is complete 2. Sleeps then never wakes up, or never sleeps and drains the battery in a few days 3. Water measurement - loses it's place after each battery drain/sleep without waking, requiring a reset. 4. Often triggers when other water is run in the house when it's not stuck in sleep mode 5. Sometimes sprays your backside for no reason Other problems: 1. Support - Won't help via email or chat, always wants a video call, and only while you are at work 2. Pod refills are expensive 3. Shipping takes forever, their fulfillment service holds orders forever before moving shipments out

The product broke within a week of owning it. Customer service refuses to return my emails after a month of my reaching out.

Disappointed!!! Bad customer service! Paid for membership but did not receive the cleaning pods! Customer service is bad, do not seem to give a damn! Alexa ... well how? Not working? No Skills ? No tutorial... I want my money back!!!

1 - Product does not work, it does not keep your toilet clean. It sprays some hydrogen peroxide in your toilet. It 'cleans' your toilet in the same way as if you squirted a some spray in there after every time you used it. 2 - The marketing hype unfortunately is all hype. All about no longer having to do a dirty job in the house, with stunning testimonials of keeping your bathroom fresh. It does not do it. 3 - The service is non-existent. They will respond promptly until they realize there is no way you want to keep their product. They said they would give me a refund once I sent in a serial number, then radio silence for over a month after repeated follow-ups on my part. 4 - The cleaning agent is portrayed as clean and eco-friendly (sure, it is hydrogen peroxide), but the plastic tubules of essentially salt water and vinegar are just more plastic for the environment. 5 - The app is just as clunky as their device. 6 - I was told I would get my device in September. When I followed up in October, they said they would rush it to me. Stinks of just bumping people to the front of the line, which is unfortunate for people who think they are actually waiting in an orderly queue. Even if you go to their website today to ask to cancel an order, they will ask if it is OK if they move you to the front of the line.
