Customer Service has been very good as they updated my shipping address after I moved after placing my initial order. The product was easy to setup and has reduced a toilet ring after just a few flushes. I look forward to receiving my third Shine Bathroom Assistant for my new home's half bath. I had a longer experience written, but the Trustpilot website lost it while I was attempting to put in a verification code.

Such a neat, smart, creative product to help keep toilets clean. The way they advertise the product, with the toilet being the worst household thing to clean, they sum it up perfectly! It has been so awesome to not be on my hands and knees-- GROSSLY cleaning the toilet bowl. The natural part of Shine is a winning point as well, and it is very innovative. Highly recommend!

The Shine cleaners works great! Setup took a couple of tries. Customer service via text was timely and helpful.

A busy person, never enough time then came Shine Everytime you flush it cleans and now things definitely look a lot cleaner. When people compliment me on a clean bathroom I smile and give them the link to shine. There is no way I can fool anyone into thinking I spend that much time every day. It’s the easiest and the best help I ever had.

I would call it 4.5 stars. And definitely recommend it. While it doesn’t completely stop all manual cleaning it greatly reduces it.

Thus far, I am very, very pleased with Shine. Setup is cake, management is a breeze, and most importantly, I haven't had to clean my toilet for the last few weeks I have had it. It's impressive how immaculate the toilet has remained. For those experiencing battery issues, I recommend ensuring a high quality cable and using only the amperage (1.0A) recommended by Shine; using higher capacity chargers seemed to speed the battery to green, but it ran down quite quickly. Since charging it with a matched-rating charger, it has been much happier! I'm recommend this system highly. If you live alone like it do, it's nice to have a little help with domestic tasks, and this thing does the job!

SHINE is a real blessing, making cleaning your bathroom much easier and automated. If you are older or physically challenged, it is a huge help in keeping your toilet bowl automatically clean. Highly recommended!

I like the Shine bathroom product. It is easy to set up and use. It is natural instead of using chemicals. It does a good job keeping the toilet clean. I really like the mounting options. I also like the water usage information.This will keep you informed is their are small leaks that need addressing or big leaks. I reçommend this product if scrubbing your toilet is the last thing you want to do. Great customer service and the latest app update was great.
