Shine BathroomReviews of shinebathroom.com

This device works really well and looks nice! There are some challenges with the app getting connected but the Shine customer service is wonderful!

so far so good. easy installation and keeps my toilet clean!

We have very active toilets in our household, and cleaning them wasn't on anyone's "fun chore" list. Having the Shine Bathroom cleaner has been a life changer. We love that there are no more harsh chemicals that either choke us when cleaning, or harm the environment. It cleans automatically every time we flush so we have less to worry about. Though the whole system isn't perfect, I am very happy I purchased one. Be a little patient while they work out the little kinks of a brand new product and I am sure you will love it. I am currently trying to work out the right combination of cleaning pods and length of spray to finally be able to toss the brush for good!

The cleaning experience is really good! The app still needs to be enhanced, but overall I would recommend to anyone who wants a clean toilet!

This cleaner is still a work in progress. The idea is there, and it works great, although there's more work to be done. The solution does a great job in cleaning, no doubt!! However, because the sprayer doesn't fully hit under and 360 degrees around bowl, there's spots that still need intense manual cleaning. If this issue gets resolved, this is the greatest toilet cleaner. I do need extra cleaning solution because my water is terrible, bug the solution DOES work!

Still need to work on battery life. Still need to work on correct spray time. Customer service is very helpful. Long wait times to chat, but are helpful. As a whole company seems to want customer satisfaction and do everything to get that.

Product arrived after a bit of a wait due to production, Covid and what not. We have been very happy with this product. It has definitely cut down on cleaning in the bathroom. Simple to unbox, identify parts and get started. App was easy to download and it gave detailed instructions on how to set up unit. Customer service is exceptional wether it be email, or social media. Only a few minor issues battery drain was a big problem(did factory reset, seems to be better) spraying before flushing and it would have been nice to include a charging cable. Would recommend this product and look forward to using it far into the future.

It was a real hassle to have it all set up and the reason being is because of Bluetooth compatibility on the galaxy phones. Once I got past that hurdle on a video chat the experience has been phenomenal.
