Been waiting for a refund for 2 months. Also I am owed pods and that is a month late.

At first, the bathroom "assistant" worked perfectly, and we were happy with it. However, after about six weeks, it quit working, would not charge, and would no longer connect to the app on our phone. Consulting the Corporate Shine Private Facebook group for customers, many others were experiencing the same issues. I'd also pre-paid for a two-year subscription for replacement pods. Soon thereafter, I learned that the company had filed for bankruptcy and was no longer reachable. We're left with an expensive non-functioning unit, unfulfilled subscriptions, and no communication from the company. It was extremely disappointing that this very promising product became a victim of its quick growth or lack of funding. I'm hopeful that another company with experience in key areas will buy the technology so that the Shine will again do its job.

Started out great but now they’re MIA. No way to contact support or order more cleaning pods despite having paid for unlimited cleaning pods!

Shine customer service sucks. I've tried to contact them numerous times for help and no response. I've tried to reorder my pods to clean the toilet and nothing. Do not purchase this product. You're better off cleaning the toilet yourself.

Can't order refill. Send message requesting help.No response from Shine. Would not recommend.

The automated system is useless and you need real people answering the phones and solving real problems. Still have an issue and still not resolved.

The toilet bowl still gets scummy in a day.

I can’t order cleaning pods anymore & there is not a way to communicate with anyone at Shine. I have an unlimited membership. Because of this, my 3 devices no longer work. I have tried many, many times to speak with someone via phone, email, and chat.
