Terrible customer service. App isn't allowing me to order more cleaning pods and customer service never got back to any of my messages.

This company went bankrupt and is still soliciting feedback on services that they failed to provide.

Worse service ever waste my money they disappeared without any notice I didn't receive my pots for last two month please don't buy this product you will regret soon. If I have a 0-star option, I will choose that.

Didn't receive my order for about 9 months, though they charged me as soon as the order was placed, not when it was shipped. I was supposed to get it in September 2021 and still didn't arrive. I contacted Customer Service and they "put me at the top of the list" and I got my order. I had 2 units and neither of them would connect to my wi-fi. No error message, just a series of blinking lights which I could not discern. Contacted Customer Service several times (via email - the only option) and would get an automated response. No one would get back to me to help. This was the status quo for several months. I sent pictures of the serial numbers, I set up times to meet with their customer service rep (who never called in to the meeting). Finally, I decided that cleaning my own toilets was easier that dealing with this company. I requested a return with my money back. They sent me the instructions. I had to pay for the shipping. I shipped the 2 units back. I never received my refund. These guys are crooks. They are eager to take your money but will not return it if you are unsatisfied - even if you return their product.

The product looses connection constantly and stops working. Customer service is non-existant. This was one of the top 2 worst investments I have ever made!

After waiting a year I finally received the product. I had also ordered shine unlimited, which was activated six months prior to receiving my shine. My membership then appeared to be cancelled three months later, and I am no longer able to order pods. I wrote to customer service and never received a response.

I literally have to assume that anyone giving this product/ company more than 1 star is related to an employee. It's hard to say which is worse, the product or the customer service. I ordered the device (which didn't work), scheduled a virtual session to troubleshoot (first availability was weeks out), and the morning of the much anticipated troubleshooting session, they cancelled on me and sent me videos to watch on my own. I asked for a refund and they told me they were going to deploy a bug fix to my device and to wait until it was fixed. I thought that was fair. After a week or so of the product still not working, I reached back out to support. I've sent a handful of emails and messages on their chatbot and have gotten no responses. I ended up throwing it away because it was just collecting dust and getting in the way when I actually had to clean my toilet. Based on other reviews, I can tell that my experience was far from unique. Save your money, don't get this trash.
