no answer! charge hundreds of dollars then disappear!

NOTHING WORKS ON THEIR SITE

I am part of the unlimited program. I can’t order any pods. I can’t get any help and all items are greyed out in my app. I have tried to reach people many times via chat and emails to support and never heard anything. I would never recommend Shine at this point. It is a lot of money for something you can’t get the items you need for it to work.

Spent a lot of money with this company and they disappeared into thin air. I hope there are criminal proceedings in the works.

About a month & a half ago my Shine completely stopped working. It wasn't performing as advertised in the first place. Suddenly, it would empty itself in less than 24 hours. It was not communicating with the app at all. I have attempted to contact customer service to no avail.

You don't respond to emails, phone calls, or chats on your website (when it was working). You ghosted all of your customers and I hope you get what you deserve from treating people that way!

The product itself is great, but the company going bankrupt right after I bought it kinda ruined everything about it.

The company went bankrupt so my paid subscription won't be fulfilled.
