I own 2. The 2nd one I received actually had its tubing crimped internally and didn't work until I took it apart and uncrimped it. I also wrapped stiff tape around the tubing to make sure it didn't crimp again. It has worked great since. Support never responded to my ticket. Growing pains. I get it. Great idea and product.

I had some trouble with battery life on the first unit I owned. I liked the idea so much I ordered a second unit anyway, and it worked fine. After several communications including a video chat, I got someone on the phone who sent me a replacement unit for the first one and it has worked fine. I do think the units should ship with a charger and cable due to the ridiculous requirement to have an antique charger and a modern cable connector on the unit.

I had a rough start with the three units I purchased and had to have all three of them replaced. The replacement units are working but the battery life is no where near six months as stated in the ads. If I’m lucky I’ll get 2-3 weeks out of each battery before having to recharge. I’ve also noticed that I still need to clean mt toilets at least once a month as they still get build up.

I've only had the bathroom assistant for a few weeks, but it seems to be working. There is no hard water ring developing and generally anything that sticks is only there temporarily or can be gotten rid of with a quick brush. It took way too long to get my order, but once I called, it did come soon after. Refills also come pretty quick.

Great product for keeping your toilet clean. Set up is very easy. Had an issue with battery discharging to quickly but that seems to have resolved itself. Can't wait for continued improvements. Highly recommended.

I recommend this product. I have three devices, and they keep the toilet bowl clean. Two of the three devices worked properly right out of the box. One of the devices was randomly spraying and customer service replaced it promptly. Setup was easy, however information on the YouTube videos was very helpful and unfortunately not included in the setup instructions on the app. There is room for continued improvement with the app, however the company seeks customer feedback and is making changes to improve the functionality of the app.

This a great forward thinking product.. it’s not perfect -yet.. the cleaner solution will not remove hard on stains, rather clean the bowl after each flush with an environmental solution ( pet friendly); the solution does not scrub away but mixes with bowl water and over time cleans. This gives me peace of mind and actually has saved me time and money.. I even ordered the toilet paper and so far have received two orders of environmentally friendly, thick rolls.. yes this company can improve ( like all the companies out there) so I am looking forward to seeing what comes up next. I am a valid buyer.

Shine works well and keeps the potty clean. Installation is not simple as one has to use the Shine app and written instructions. Otherwise, the cleaning device keeps the potty clean.
