Was a good product in essence, but they are not longer in business. NOt able to get more cleaning pods.

At first things were good until they weren't. Nonresponsive and do not send refills.

I have not found the product to work effectively in my bathrooms. We have extremely hard water here in Florida and this system doesn’t seem to hold against the minerals in my water.

I sent numerous inquiries regarding assistance with my Shine device issues and I have not heard from.customer services at all. I only receive surveys. So I am writing a review to letting you know I am disappointed with the app and customer service. Also, it is time for me to order pods and the app is not allowing me to order because it keeps asking for ID. I've logged off the app and uninstall/reinstall. Mrs Harkins

Unable to contact anyone about issues. Not charging cable included. I’ve tried contacting multiple times and they send me a request about how my service was. The answer is I got no service.

I have been using them for months now.I can't tell any difference whether they are there or not. Batteries die constantly. The app is poorly coded to the point where it kills my phone battery. Even then it never alerts when it's out of cleaner, if the batteries are dead, or if the toilet is stuck running. So I apologize for the negative review but if I have to clean the toilet just the same as without it what's it's actual purpose? There customer service is great they just need better engineers.

Doesn't stick to back of toilet. Had the regular sprayer first and had some issues with it falling off toilet. Then I purchased the enhanced sprayer and the spray will not come out. Keep in mind I had 2 and they both worked the same. I am now back to original sprayer and have it taped with alien tape. The app is pretty close to worthless. Doesn't report water usage, flushes left or any other product capabilities. The one good thing is you can order more pods. When they say it cleans the entire toilet they are lying. Basically it sprays down, forward and side but only directly. Support for the product is basically worthless. They will call you back but usually hours later. Don't buy.

Shipping was incredibly late (4 months) Product seems to be a money grab with the constant need to refill capsules + not automated (need to refill water manually - would have expected a connection to the water line). Haven't seen the benefits of the product in terms of cleanliness, but that could be because our washrooms have always been clean.
