Great product. Easy to use. Nice to not have to worry about cleaning the toilet bowl

It has been a week and after the installation & it went well with a minor hiccup on the internet connection. The instructions were pretty simple and it took less than 15 min. After every use, the shine sprays the bowl with its liquid. So far, it has done a marvelous job. My toilet bowl is now cleaned effortlessly and i can use my time for other things! Love it!

While trying to set up my Shine assistant it did not look like it was working. I followed the very straightforward setup procedure but the unit was not recognizing when the toilet was flushed (so it wasn't spraying). I called the help desk and was given some simple actions to take to be sure the sensor was operational (tapping on the sensor and checking that the light flashed on Shine). Once we knew the sensor was operating, the tech had me move the sensor closer to the tank. We repeated the setup and he checked the data that Shine had captured. Then he lowered the threshold for detection and told me that once the unit completed its electrolysis (20 minutes) I should try again and let him know if the unit didn't work. He also said that it was quitting time but he would continue to monitor for the next half-hour in case the unit still wasn't working. The unit worked after the 20 minutes and I was a happy customer. Since then my toilet has been clean and odor-free.

After long manufacturing delays due to Covid, we finally received our units. So far, I’ve set up one. Set up process was easy and fairly straightforward although I wish there had been some guidance during the calibration process; for example, I’m sure there are many others who have retrofitted their toilet to be dual flush. I had already begun the process when I realized that maybe I should use that flush level as the calibration point instead of a full flush. There online community and resources easily pointed me in the right direction on how to start over again. Once done, the unit has worked fairly well. We’ve already noticed a considerable difference in cleanliness our toilet although we need to dial this and a couple other aspects in further. So far, customer service has been great to deal with.

Great start-up invention! I have only just received my unit, but already it looks to be promising. So far, it's working well. It keeps my toilet clean, which was the desired result. I have not had any issues that required the support team, but was asked to review the product and (upon receiving my review) was replied to by the CEO. I love that the team seems to continue to work on and perfect their product and I look forward to the future updates they come up with.

The product is great and worth every penny. Some install hiccups but they're working hard on solving it and customer service has been stellar. Would recommend 100%; just be aware if you're outside of the US on the import customs brokerage levies.

After long months waiting for this product, it finally here, the setup was a breeze to setup all 3 units; the unit with most use is located in the powder room in the first floor and it is very noticeable the improvement in the bowl, it looks whiter and slowly it has been getting a deep clean with the solution. I got the Shine Unlimited along with the units and I already received my first batch of extra pods. The Shine units are worth it every penny and the long months waiting for it.

Shine Bathroom works great! Customer service is awesome and they continue to make improvements based on customer feedback. Toilet is always clean and fresh. Love it!!
