Shine BathroomReviews of shinebathroom.com

Product arrived when promised and exactly as described. I bought 3 of them, and all 3 are performing well. I haven’t cleaned a toilet in the past six weeks yet all bowls are still clean. We are using one pod in two if the bathrooms, and two pods in out busiest bathroom. Definitely a time saver and simple to set up!

I received my unit over a week ago. It was very easy to setup once I bought the proper charging chord. It connected to my Wi-Fi on first try and has not stopped working since. When they get all the app information working I think this will be a really good product. I was able to start my prepaid unlimited pod delivery right in the app and it is showing shipped out by FedEx but will not make it on the delivery date it says. I also have a mounting bracket that I have not received yet and I contacted customer service today about that. They usually get back to me in 24 hours.

Such good customer service! The team replies almost instantly, if not the same day or the next one. There are numerous ways to contact them including text messages, video calls or emails. The product has gorgeous design, including a beautiful logo. The efficacy of the product is pretty good for the month that I have had it so far. The best thing is you don't have to use any caustic products or chlorine - I've had to use the brush maybe twice in the last month - without using any product to break the hard water stains down. And don't forget this is just their first product - next versions will be mindblowing.

I started like everyone else, a bathroom robot? Come on, cute idea, but will it do the job? Well I’m here to tell ya that I have not had to scrub a bowl since I got one, that was six months ago. Just keep them filled and charged and you will never scrub a bowl again. Light topical cleaning for the rest of the toilet is still required, but the bowl is done. Great product, great costumer service.

It does take some time to receive the units due to the current pandemic and production delays but once I received mine they were fairly easy to set up and the customer service was able to assist with any questions or concerns I had. Make sure the units are fully charged prior to attempting your installation and you should have little problem getting them set up. I have had them for about a month now and they do as advertised and keep your toilet clean. Update: Shine Bathroom has closed down and declared bankruptcy. The units degraded over time as the internal pump was not compatible with the cleaning solution. Good idea, bad design.

So, though the wait to get my units (group 6) was a bit long it was exactly when they said I'd get my units. Once I got them installation of my 4 units was extremely easy. All 4 units are up and running after about an hour with no issues so far. I think texted Shine support this morning and they activated my shine unlimited right away and I was able to order new pods through the app on my iPhone with no issues.

I ordered June of 2021. I received an email that I'd receive my order September 2021. When October 1 rolled around and it still had not shipped, I reached out to the company via the email provided on their website. I also found something on their site saying it was helpful to verify your shipping address, which I did. Shine's customer support guy (I believe his name was Wes) got back to me within a few hours to apologize for the delay and got me setup for shipment in 5 business days (I think it may have been 3-5 days actually). Anyway, it is October 11 and I just received my shipment today, complete with mounting brackets. I have only set up 1 out of 3 devices but so far I'm very impressed!!! Took a little trouble shooting with the hose bracket thing, but figured it out fairly easily. Thanks Shine!

So far, this product has been pretty incredible. With a Oneplus 9 phone, the app download setup was seamless and easy. The instructions were pretty straight forward with setting up the unit and placement of the spraybar. I wish it had come with more 3M sticky tape or another way to attach it to the toilet. I've had it about 1-1/2 weeks and it has kept my toilet spotless. By now I would definitely be seeing a build up and haven't seen a single thing. We have two people sharing a toilet and I also have a bidet attachment with a hot water tank that does not interfere with the unit. I love that it doesn't harm the enviroment with cleaning and that I don't have to scrub the toilet (at least not yet!) which is the chore I hate the most. It's amazing.
