ShindefenderReviews of shindefender.com

The shipping time on the website is a complete nonsense- 5-8 days, absolute nonsense. Priced as a premium product you expect service - there is no mention this cheap rubbish is shipping from China before you buy! They took 3 weeks to arrive, completely missing my sons birthday and when they did were the same if not worse than the £15 ones one can get on Amazon. Total scam

The foam inside the shinpads completely disintegrated within 9 months of purchase, despite following the care and washing instructions. Shin Defender didn't want to know, as it was 'outside their 30 day return window'. Very disappointing for a premium priced product.

I ordered this product and it was too small. I asked how I could go about exchanging it and they said they don’t offer free returns and I’d have to pay for shipping to China! It’s a complete scam. Don’t buy from this store

Awful customer service took ages to be sent and now refusing my consumer right to return the goods within 14 days. Will never buy from here again. Update - if you want to return an item you have to pay to send it back to China. What a con.

Nothing in particular with the order… just not the best fit and son doesn’t like them so after a full refund….. this is where the issue is…. Their customer service is hard work. Full refund if I ship back to China! Or various other offers like well give you the credit to buy something else off of the website, we’ll give you 20% back. All I want is my full money back without incurring half the price of the item in postage charges. Wish I had more reviews before purchasing. And they seem to be able to remove negative comments on their Facebook adverts!!

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. They ship from china. It's been over a week and I have still not received my order that they said would take 4 -8 days. and the tracking number doesn't work and their customer service doesn't respond. should have just ordered on amazon. don't fall for the instagram and facebook ads people. not worth it!

They worked great for the first few months and then completely fell apart. All of the foam padding inside is twisted and moving around, and now they don't sit flat on my son's shins. They are garbage and low quality. I would not recommend using these. The upside is they're very comfortable, but there's no longevity to them.

Mine came damaged. I’ve sent many of emails. When they asked for pictures I sent them and then everything went ghost and never heard back from anybody. This is such a rip off and a horrible company.
